Dear Ministry Partner,
You will soon be receiving your allotment of Crossover T-shirts to distribute to the volunteers (both those in your church and those who have signed up to serve with you) for your Crossover event.
We have sent you an allotment of T-shirts that we hope will cover your volunteer needs; however, you may discover you do not have enough or enough of the correct sizes. We apologize in advance for that inconvenience.
We are sending shirts to each Host Church location, and we encourage you to connect with other host churches to swap out shirts or secure additional ones, if needed. We know this may be a challenge as many of those who are coming to serve with you from outside of Indianapolis will not be with you until their service day(s).
