Greetings Ministry Partner,

This is JJ from the North American Mission Board. I pray all is well as you get ready for Crossover. The good news is that Crossover is right around the corner, and it will be here before you know it. But there is still work to be done. You have one job—CONNECT. A brother once said to me that “relationship precedes partnership,” and I never forgot it. I have literally tried to base my entire ministry approach around that statement. I have learned that starting with relationship produces mutual understanding, respect, trust, etc., which results in a more fruitful and pleasant partnership experience.

So, connect with the church you will be serving during Crossover. If you are leading a team, then connect with the host church on behalf of the entire team to minimize the number of people reaching out to them.
